Botley & Curdridge Local History Society meet monthly from September until April at 8.00pm at the Reading Room, Curdridge

The programme of meetings for 2010 are as follows:-

24th September - 'C.B. Fry and the Captain's Lady,
29th October - AGM and 'Georgian Drinking Glasses'
19th November - 'The History of the Southern Co-Operative Society'
 
PUBLICATIONS
Botley and Curdridge - A History of Two Hampshire Villages.  A newly published book by the Botley and Curdridge Local History Society is now available at The Penny Farthing Gallery, High Street, Botley (Price £12.50)
The River Hamble - A History by David Chun  Published in 2009. From the source at Bishop's Waltham to the Solent, this detailed history is particularly relevant to Botley and Curdridge.  Price £16-99 available from good bookshops, Bishop's Waltham Post Office and through this website.
